Body Butter:

1. Cleanse Your Skin. Apply body butter after a shower or bath when your skin is clean and slightly damp. This helps lock in moisture for longer-lasting hydration.

2. Scoop a Small Amount. A little goes a long way! Take a small amount using clean, dry hands or a spatula.

3. Warm It Up. Rub the butter between your palms to soften it for easy application.

4. Massage Into Skin. Apply in circular motions, focusing on dry areas like elbows, knees, and heels. For an extra boost of hydration, layer more on especially dry spots.

5. Let It Absorb. Allow a few minutes for the butter to sink in before getting dressed to prevent transfer onto clothes.

Exfoliating Body Scrub:

1. Prepare Your Skin. Take a warm shower or bath to soften your skin and open up pores. Make sure your skin is damp but not soaking wet.

2. Apply the Scrub. Scoop a small amount of the scrub into your hand. Apply it to your body in gentle, circular motions. Focus on rough areas like elbows, knees, and heels.

3. Massage Gently. Avoid scrubbing too hard to prevent irritation. Continue massaging for 1–2 minutes per area.
